Refund Policy

The short version

Everything we sell is a digital download. If a product isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your order and we'll refund you in full. There's nothing to send back.

30-day money-back guarantee (personal products)

This covers every product bought for personal, household or individual study use: organizers, kits, trackers, binders, guides, flashcards, study materials and bundles.

  • Email hello@amboshealth.com within 30 days of your order date. Include your order number and say you'd like a refund. A reason helps us improve, but you don't have to give one.
  • We refund the full amount you paid, including any sales tax, to your original payment method within 5 business days of your email. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to show the credit.
  • Because downloads can't be returned, we ask you to delete the files after a refund.
  • If the same customer requests more than two refunds in any 12-month period, we may offer a replacement file or store credit instead of a further refund.

File problems

If a file won't open, is damaged or is missing pages, or if your download link never arrived, email us at any time and we'll send a working file. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you, even after 30 days.

Wrong edition or duplicate order

If you bought the wrong edition (for example, the Print Edition instead of the Fillable + iPad Edition) or bought the same product twice, email us within 30 days. We'll switch you to the right one and refund the difference, or refund the duplicate.

Bundles, discounts and promotions

  • Bundles are refunded as a whole, for the amount you paid.
  • If you used a discount code, your refund is the amount you actually paid.
  • A free copy received in a promotion (for example, "Buy one, give one") has no separate cash value and isn't refunded separately.

Organization licenses

Organization licenses are the Clinic Patient Education Kit licenses (One-Site, Multi-Site and Co-Branded), the Clinic Signs Kit, the Medical Spanish Program License, the Medical Spanish Kit 5-Pack, the Client Gift Editions and the Family Readiness Volume License.

  • You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as you haven't yet printed copies for distribution, shared the files with patients, clients or students, or posted them to a portal or learning system. Just tell us by email that you haven't.
  • Editions with your logo (Co-Branded Edition and Client Gift Editions): we'll email you before we start your custom files. Until then, the full 30-day refund applies. Once custom design work has started, a refund for the Co-Branded Edition is limited to the price of the Multi-Site License, and a refund for a Client Gift Edition is limited to 50% of what you paid. Once we've delivered your custom files, they can't be refunded, but we'll correct any error in them at no charge.

  • Organization licenses never renew automatically.

Pre-orders and founding-member offers

If a product is sold before it's finished, the product page gives the date we expect to deliver it.

  • You can cancel for a full refund at any time before delivery.
  • If we can't deliver by the stated date, we'll email you before that date with a new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund.
  • If we don't deliver at all by the stated date and you haven't agreed to a new one, we'll refund you automatically.
  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days.

Free products

Free downloads cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund. If one won't open, email us and we'll send a working file.

Subscriptions

We don't sell subscriptions or automatically renewing plans.

Please contact us first

If something's wrong, email us before you open a dispute with your bank. It's faster for you, and we answer every message within 2 business days, in English or Spanish.

En resumen

Todo lo que vendemos es una descarga digital. Si un producto no le sirve, escríbanos dentro de los 30 días siguientes a su compra y le devolvemos todo su dinero. No tiene que devolver nada.

Garantía de devolución de 30 días (productos personales)

Cubre todo producto comprado para uso personal, del hogar o de estudio individual: organizadores, kits, registros, carpetas, guías, tarjetas de estudio, materiales de estudio y paquetes.

  • Escriba a hello@amboshealth.com dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la fecha de su pedido, con su número de pedido, y díganos que desea un reembolso. Nos ayuda saber el motivo, pero no es obligatorio.
  • Le reembolsamos el monto total que pagó, incluidos los impuestos, a su método de pago original dentro de 5 días hábiles después de recibir su correo. Su banco puede tardar otros 5 a 10 días hábiles en reflejarlo.
  • Como las descargas no se pueden devolver, le pedimos que borre los archivos después del reembolso.
  • Si un mismo cliente pide más de dos reembolsos en un período de 12 meses, podemos ofrecerle un archivo de reemplazo o crédito en la tienda en lugar de otro reembolso.

Problemas con el archivo

Si un archivo no abre, está dañado, le faltan páginas o nunca recibió su enlace de descarga, escríbanos en cualquier momento y le enviamos un archivo que funcione. Si no podemos solucionarlo, le devolvemos su dinero, aunque hayan pasado más de 30 días.

Edición equivocada o pedido duplicado

Si compró una edición equivocada o el mismo producto dos veces, escríbanos dentro de 30 días. Le cambiamos a la edición correcta y le reembolsamos la diferencia, o le reembolsamos la compra duplicada.

Paquetes, descuentos y promociones

  • Los paquetes se reembolsan completos, por el monto que pagó.
  • Si usó un código de descuento, le reembolsamos lo que realmente pagó.
  • Una copia gratis recibida en una promoción (por ejemplo, "Compre una, regale otra") no tiene valor en efectivo y no se reembolsa por separado.

Licencias para organizaciones

Reembolso completo dentro de 30 días, siempre que todavía no haya impreso copias para distribuir, compartido los archivos con pacientes, clientes o estudiantes, ni los haya publicado en un portal o plataforma. Basta con que nos lo confirme por correo. Para las ediciones con su logotipo, le avisaremos por correo antes de comenzar el diseño personalizado. Hasta ese momento aplica el reembolso completo de 30 días. Una vez iniciado el diseño, el reembolso de la Edición Co-Branded se limita al precio de la Licencia Multi-Site, y el de una Edición de Regalo para Clientes se limita al 50% de lo pagado. Después de entregar sus archivos personalizados, no hay reembolso, pero corregimos cualquier error sin costo. Las licencias para organizaciones nunca se renuevan automáticamente.

Preventas

Si vendemos un producto antes de terminarlo, la página indica la fecha prevista de entrega. Puede cancelar con reembolso completo en cualquier momento antes de la entrega. Si no podemos entregarlo en esa fecha, le avisaremos antes, con una nueva fecha y la opción de cancelar. Si no lo entregamos y usted no aceptó una nueva fecha, le reembolsamos automáticamente.
