How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you'll see a download button on the order confirmation page, and we also email you the link. Every product is a digital download. Nothing ships.
I can't find my download email.
Check your spam or Promotions folder for an email from Ambos Health. Still nothing? Email hello@amboshealth.com with your order number and we'll resend it within 1–2 business days.
What file types and sizes do I get?
PDFs in US Letter and A4. Most products also include a fillable PDF you can type into on a computer, tablet or phone. The Complete binder adds an iPad / GoodNotes version. Medical Spanish flashcards include an Anki deck and a Quizlet import file.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes. Personal products can be printed as many times as your own household needs. To print for patients, clients or students, an organization needs a Clinic, Multi-Site or Program License.
Is this medical advice?
No. Our printables are organizers and general education designed by a family medicine physician who is also a certified medical interpreter. They help you keep track of information and talk with your care team. Always follow your own clinician's instructions, and in an emergency call 911.
Are the products in English and Spanish?
Yes. Every label is in both languages, so a Spanish-speaking grandparent and an English-speaking caregiver can use the same pages. The Large Print trackers also come in a Spanish-first edition.
Was AI used to make these?
Some products were created with the help of AI tools. All content is directed and reviewed by a family medicine physician who is also a certified medical interpreter.
What if something is wrong with my file?
We'll fix it or refund you. See our refund policy.
Do you offer quotes, purchase orders or a W-9?
Yes, for schools, clinics and nonprofits. Email hello@amboshealth.com. You can also try the free watermarked review copy first.
