Return and refund policy

Digital downloads. All Ambos Health products are instant digital downloads. Because files can't be returned once downloaded, sales are generally final.

We will always make it right if:

• a file won't open, is corrupted, or is missing pages;
• you bought the same product twice by mistake;
• the product is materially different from its description.

Email hello@amboshealth.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We'll send a working file, or refund you in full if we can't fix the problem.

Licenses (Clinic License, Multi-Site License, Co-Branded Edition, Clinic Signs Kit, Program License): if your organization buys a license and it doesn't fit your needs, contact us within 14 days and before distributing the files, and we'll refund you.
